Although 5Línx does províde traíníng vía 5Línx TV and 5Línx Uníversíty, there ís nothíng líke havíng a personal mentor whích ís the fírst thíng you need to be successful ín thís company. Most líkely your uplíne wíll serve as your mentor, so ít ís vítal that you joín a team where you can be taught a varíety of strategíes. There ís much more goíng on nowadays than home meetíngs, hotel meetíngs, callíng famíly and fríends and prospectíng strangers. These offlíne techníques must be conducted for you to grow a thrívíng organízatíon, but ínternet marketíng should also be apart of your recruítíng efforts. Lead generatíon ís everythíng ín busíness, any busíness for that matter, and the leverage you can get by marketíng on the ínternet ís unbelíevable. How many people can you talk to ín one day? The people you sponsor are the people that you are relyíng on to staff your organízatíon. Don't lísten to the naysayers and the people who are stíll workíng...of course they are goíng to say ít's a scam, but íf that were true then Í wouldn't be wrítíng thís artícle and Í don't have a BMW or Bentley yet, so you can't say Í'm only sayíng thís because Í'm at the top of the company already. Í'm sayíng thís because Í know that ít's possíble to get there íf you are equípped wíth the knowledge to get there.
